ER of Irving is a locally owned emergency room serving Irving and nearby communities. We are a freestanding ER, open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our team includes experienced emergency physicians and emergency-trained nurses.
We have CT, X-ray, and a full lab on site, so we can find answers fast. You never need an appointment. Just walk in when you need us.
